I learned a new, simple and easy to use, wellness technique that I wanted to share with you.
Qigong is a Chinese health system that uses physical postures, breathing and focused intention. I’ve learned that no matter what techniques I use for wellness, it’s all about my intention that make it such a powerful experience.
After my meditation in the morning, I’ve started a Qigong ritual.
Qi, or chee, means the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe, and gong means a skill cultivated through steady practice.
