Emotions, emotions, emotions . . . they get in my way and interfere with my goal of learning to let them go. It’s a difficult proposition, but a healthy one to practice.
Enjoy today’s short broadcast on The Lessons From Our Emotions And How We Can Learn From Them. It was broadcast in November.
One emotion interviewer talks about is anger. Anger is about someone crossing a line. When a friend crosses the line, we can walk away and hope that our emotions temper themselves before we have to see this friend again.
However, family is something very different. We make rules in our homes. We know what these unwritten rules are, but often crossing the line to these rules is situational.
Oftentimes crossing this line is done with the intention to hurt the person. We are often more able to forgive in this situation, but it still doesn’t make it right.
