Do you want to conquer your emotions? My intention has always been to provide to you many different tools to self-transformation – moment to moment. Utilize the tools that fit you, throw away the tools that don’t.
Conquering my self-sabotaging emotions is one of the areas that I’ve noticed needs the most attention. Today I’d like to share a great website that provides a public toolkit to emotional awareness.
Dr. Jeanne Segal developed this site. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Humanities, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Sociology, with a specialty in Holistic Health.
Below I’ve provided an introductory video that is part of this FREE toolkit in order to entice you to take some time out for yourself and understand why emotions matter.
