Are You An Addict To Drama? Create A Drama Free Zone With Sonia Choquette

Join me today as we explore your spirit with Sonia Choquette on The Power Of Your Spirit radio show from March 2011 with the Spiritual Rockstar.  Sonia is a world renowned visionary and intuitive consultant, and, if you have been following my blog, I’ve spent many days covering some of Sonia’s material.  Her teachings are phenomenal!

Change Your Channel to Spirit

Sonia encourages us to listen and tune into the right channel to change our lives.   She asks the audience, “are you heavy, alone, overwhelmed, struggling, polarized, tired and not present?”  She states that this is our soul and it is the sum of our experiences lifetime after lifetime after lifetime.  When we are in spirit we feel timeless, light, clear, openhearted, connected, loving and receptive.

What brings us back to spirit?  Sonia’s recommendation is:

  1. Breathing consciously
  2. Get up and move or exercise
  3. Talk about what you love
  4. Engage in what you love
  5. Watch a comedy and laugh

Change the channel to your life and spend the next 30 minutes engaging with Sonia in spirit.  CLICK HERE to listen.

Happy 4th of July and until next week, I send you my wishes for a prosperous and abundant day.
