Have you heard of tapping or emotional freedom technique (EFT)? Tapping seems to be a technique that is one of the hottest topics in the self-help arena today. Brad Yates, one authority of this technique, personally shares his tapping expertise walking us through tapping through failure, success and clearing our personal energy blocks. CLICK HERE or click the blogtalk logo above to access this show.
Brad shares that tapping, like acupuncture, was discovered by Roger Callahan who found out by accident that negative emotions are caused by the disruption in our energy system. Rather than using needles, like acupuncture, you tap along parts of your body meridian to clear energy blocks and create more space for good feelings.
You will need to know the basic tapping map so you too can participate in on-air activities to remove some common blocks. CLICK HERE to view the tapping diagram that you will be using with Brad – this is important to review so that you too can experience clearing energy during this call.
You will essentially continue tapping through several rounds on each designated area listed below with your dominant hand as Brad repeats individual statements for clearing your blocks:
- Top of the Head
- Above Eyebrow
- Side of Eye
- Under Eye
- Under Nose
- Under mouth
- Under Arm
During the second half of the show, you will listen to healing sessions with Joan Schwartz, PhD. from Integrated Healing Dynamics. I won’t be focusing this blogtalk on the second half of the show with Dr. Schwartz, but I would encourage you to listen to her as she also clears energy from the body using a different technique.
CLICK HERE if you want to learn more about Dr. Schwartz’s healing techniques. Be patient during this half of the show as Dr. Schwartz works through her technique; she will leave the broadcast as she personally works on clearing energy with the caller.
I’ll see you all Monday from sunny Florida. Have a fabulous weekend and I send you all blessings. expansion of heart and joy beyond belief. Ciao!
